Requests to know CATEGORIES of personal information collected about you

We must verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty. To accomplish this, you must provide your full name and EITHER an email address or phone number we have on file for you. You must then verify that you have access to that email address or phone number by reproducing a confirmation code sent to that account or device.

Requests to know SPECIFIC PIECES of personal information collected about you

We must verify your identity to a reasonably high degree of certainty. To accomplish this, after you have verified your email address or phone number on file for you, you must schedule a video conference with one of our support agents to verify your identification and proof of California residence. Showing a copy of your California driver’s license or state ID will suffice for this requirement.

Requests to DELETE personal information collected about you

Deletion requests are a two-step process. In addition to verifying your identity using the method above for SPECIFIC PIECES of information, you must first request deletion, and then confirm in response to an email that is sent to your email account on file.
